Private Sessions

Find a safe place to learn about how yoga might be able to help in your healing journey. Abby can meet with you one on one to come up with a personalized plan for you and your needs. Private sessions are the perfect opportunity for you to experience yoga in the safety of your own home (or other space provided).

Retreats and Workshops
