These are some organizations I've been honored to work with over the years offering trauma-informed yoga. Below, you can read some of the feedback I've received from various participants.

*Soul Care Retreats  So honored to serve alongside of my friend Brandi for Soul Care Retreats two times a year - a place for women non-profit leaders to rest and restore and remember the lavishing love Jesus has for them.  I teach restorative, Christ-centered yoga a few times during each retreat.

*DYC - Colorado Department of Youth Corrections:  Currently I serve as a contract therapist, bringing yoga to youth in a few of the local correctional facilities. We work on breathing techniques for calming the mind and body, along with asana and gratitude practices.

*Refresh Conference:  This year I got to serve as a speaker and yoga teacher at the Refresh Conference in Washington state - a conference for foster and adoptive families.

*Empower Colorado: Honored to partner with Empowered Colorado, an organization that is dedicated to building self-image and self-esteem.

*Two Cor Projects: I partnered with Two Cor to bring yoga to at-risk girls and young women - some who are in the foster care system.

* School District - 11: Helped create and implement a curriculum for at-risk middle school students at a local title 1 school.

*Rejuvenate Retreat: I partnered with Forever Homes to offer restorative yoga at a retreat for moms of foster and adopted children.
